To receive a refund or exchange an item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. We will be happy to refund or exchange your item (less shipping and handling costs). We highly recommend using a shipping service that uses a tracking number when returning items. Rocky Mountain Kid will not be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us. If you contact us more than seven days after receiving your order, items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
